Hello and welcome to Bam & Pickle!
Supercider,
The Immune System Booster!
Supercider is an all-food immune system booster that works very well at nipping a cold/flu virus in the bud before it takes hold or speeds your recovery if it already did take hold.
It also acts a general immune system support and it also helps in a fight to kill off candida over-growth or an over-abundance of bad bacteria in the digestive tract.
Despite its spiciness, it is calming to the digestive system.
About Bam & Pickle
I started Bam and Pickle because I realized that I was creating a homemade product, to support my own immune system, that then became very popular with my friends and I realized that it would be needed by many and was not really on the market – so here we are!
Supercider is a homemade product that is usually passed on from family or friends and commonly gets made at home. Due to the ingredients, making it is not the most pleasant task (!) but it is a great help to have some around.
We have two versions:
Supercider – Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Onion, Horseradish, Ginger, Tumeric, Chili
Supercider Root – Apple Cider Vinegar, Galangal, Coriander root/leaf, Horseradish, Ginger, Tumeric, Chili
I have noted in green the ingredients in each that differs from the other one. I made the second version as, if you use it regularly you can get sick of the garlic so I took the two bulbs out – garlic and onion – and replaced with other roots, as you see above.

Introduction to Supercider
How to use Supercider
01.
Great for nipping a virus in the bud
Have you ever noticed that when you are about to come down with a flu your body has a general jittery feeling? You might have weak or achy muscles. You might feel a bit mentally dispersed, and you might feel like there is something going on in the body that you can’t quite put your finger on.
When I have spotted such symptoms, I have done the following: Put a good splodge (about 4 – 5 teaspoons worth) of Supercider in a glass and fill it with water and drink the whole thing: once an hour for three hours. I have done this on several occasions. One for one, the symptoms went away, and I stayed well! Try that!

2. If you already came down with a cold or flu
It does not have the miraculous effect in point 1, but it is great at helping speed recovery. A teaspoon every hour for a few days, if you can deal with doing that, will help a lot. Alternately, you can put a nice larger splodge in a water bottle and make that your main drink while you are recovering. And, of course, these are other good things to take as well: Vit C, Vit D3, Zinc.

As a general immune support
If you have ongoing challenges such bacterial infections that don’t go away, oral issues, digestive issues, Supercider can be a strong regular helper either neat or in a glass or bottle of water. I mention this a little in my intro video.
Additional advice
If you do find that it helps you to take it regularly, I have two pieces of additional advice:
- If drinking before bed – clean your teeth after taking it. The acid of vinegar should not be left on tooth enamel for long periods.
- If taking it regularly you’ll need to add more minerals in the diet. The body uses minerals to process vinegar. You could add seaweed or bone broth to your diet or take a mineral supplement.

Great for use with food
This is a great spicey alternate to vinegar on hot chips. It is also great for stir-frying meats as part of a stir-fry. Can be used to spice up a salad dressing too.
Wishing you great success!
